Q1: Is the installation process complicated?

A: This battery supports dual installation modes (wall-mounted & floor-standing). It is delivered as an integrated finished product with no complicated assembly required. On-site installation only includes fixing the device, connecting positive/negative terminals and communication cables, which can be completed by a general electrician efficiently.

Q2: What type of cell is adopted? Is the battery safe?

A: This product adopts lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) cells, which features excellent high-temperature resistance and ultra-low risk of fire and explosion. The built-in intelligent BMS provides comprehensive protection against over-charge, over-discharge, over-current, over-temperature and short circuit, ensuring long-term safe and stable operation.

Q3: Does the battery support parallel capacity expansion?

A: It supports parallel connection of multiple identical battery units. Users can flexibly expand the system capacity according to actual demand, perfectly adapting to household energy storage upgrade and small-to-medium industrial and commercial energy storage scenarios.

Q4: Can the battery work in high and low temperature environments?

A: It features a wide temperature adaptation range: charging temperature ranges from 0°C to 45°C, and discharging temperature ranges from -20°C to 60°C. It can be stably installed and operated in indoor spaces, garages, power distribution rooms and other conventional scenarios.

Q5: Does the product require daily maintenance?

A: It is a maintenance-free battery. No water refilling, parameter calibration or routine daily maintenance is required. Users only need to keep the installation environment ventilated and dry, and avoid blocking the heat dissipation area of the device.
