Q1: Is the installation complicated? What are the installation requirements?
A: The battery adopts a wall-mounted design with matched mounting brackets, which can be fixed directly on the wall without occupying floor space. The installation only requires the wall to meet load-bearing standards, the environment to be ventilated and dry, and keep away from humid conditions and heat sources.
Q2: Can it be matched with photovoltaic inverters?
A: It is suitable for 24V/25.6V low-voltage off-grid photovoltaic and energy storage inverters. Equipped with built-in RS485/CAN communication ports, it is compatible with most mainstream inverters on the market, supporting photovoltaic charging and automatic backup power switching during power outages.
Q3: Can multiple batteries be connected in parallel for capacity expansion? What is the maximum parallel quantity?
A: Batteries of the same model and batch support parallel expansion. A maximum of 4 to 8 units can be connected in parallel conventionally, realizing unified voltage stabilization and synchronous charge-discharge to meet large-capacity energy storage demands.
Q4: Is the battery low-temperature resistant and available for normal use in winter?
A: For the standard version, the charging temperature ranges from 0℃ to 45℃, and the discharging temperature ranges from -10℃ to 55℃. The capacity will slightly attenuate in low-temperature environments. A low-temperature heating version is optional, which supports normal charging and operation even in sub-zero environments in northern regions.
Q5: Does the battery require daily maintenance?
A: The battery is almost maintenance-free. Just keep the installation environment ventilated and dry in daily use. For long-term idle storage, it is recommended to maintain the SoC at 50%-70% andrecharge the battery every 3 to 6 months.
