Q1: Is the installation complicated? What are the installation requirements?
A: Wall-mounted design with built-in mounting plate, which can be fixed directly on the wall without occupying floor space. Only requirements: qualified wall bearing capacity, well-ventilated and dry environment, away from moisture and heat sources.
Q2: Can it be used with photovoltaic inverters?
A: Compatible with 48V/51.2V low-voltage off-grid and energy storage inverters. Built-in RS485/CAN communication supports PV charging and automatic backup switching during power outage.
Q3: Can multiple units be connected in parallel for capacity expansion? What is the maximum quantity?
A: The same model and batch can be connected in parallel, up to 16 units maximum. It realizes voltage regulation balance and synchronous charge & discharge, suitable for energy capacity expansion.
Q4: Is it low-temperature resistant? Can it work normally in winter?
A: Discharge temperature: -20℃~60℃
It can supply power for household appliances and emergency use normally even at minus temperature in winter.
Charging temperature: 0℃~55℃
Do not charge with high current below 0℃, otherwise it will affect battery service life.
Q5: Does it require daily maintenance?
A: Maintenance-free design, just keep the environment ventilated and dry. For long-term storage, keep SOC at 50%-70%, and recharge every 3-6 months.
