Q1: Is the installation complicated?
A: Installation, wiring and grid-connected commissioning must be completed by licensed professional electricians and energy storage installation engineers. This is an 832V high-voltage energy storage system involving high-voltage wiring, PCS commissioning, earthing protection and fire linkage. Unauthorized installation is strictly forbidden to avoid electric shock, equipment damage and safety accidents.
Q2: Is the high-voltage system safe? What protections does it have?
A: Equipped with multi-level BMS protections including over-voltage, over-current, over-temperature and short-circuit protection. It is fitted with automatic perfluorohexanone fire extinguishing system and reaches IP54 outdoor protection grade.
Q3: Does it support grid-connected and off-grid switching?
A: It supports grid-connected peak shaving and valley filling, as well as off-grid emergency power supply, realizing seamless switching when mains power cuts off.
Q4: Can it work in high and low temperature environments?
A: Built-in liquid cooling temperature control system supports stable full-power operation from -20°C to 55°C, suitable for severe cold and high temperature scenarios without power derating.
Q5: Does it require daily maintenance?
A: No daily maintenance needed. Only annual routine inspection is required, including wiring tightness, heat dissipation ventilation, cabinet cleaning and fire system status check.
