Q1: Is the installation complicated?
A: No assembly, complicated wiring or dedicated machine room construction is required. It can be directly installed outdoors on the ground. Ordinary electricians can complete docking work, with the whole process simple and efficient.
Q2: Does it support grid-connected and off-grid switching?
A: Full automatic switching is supported. It seamlessly switches to energy storage power supply the moment mains power cuts off, ensuring uninterrupted operation of connected equipment.
Q3: What type of cell and heat dissipation method are adopted?
A: Lithium iron phosphate cell with full-area liquid cooling, featuring uniform heat dissipation and precise temperature control.
Q4: Can it work in high and low temperature environments?

Built-in liquid cooling constant temperature and active preheating system automatically preheats cells under low temperature. It causes no capacity attenuation or charging limitation, supporting stable outdoor operation in northern winters.
Q5: Does it require daily maintenance?
A: Daily maintenance is not needed. Only simple regular inspection every half a year or one year is required:
1. Check cabinet appearance for damage and tightness of wiring terminals;
2.Clean sundries around the equipment to ensure smooth ventilation and heat dissipation;
3.Verify normal operating parameters on the background platform.
