//FAQ

Q1: Is the installation complicated?

A: Wall-mounted installation is adopted. Firmly fix the unit with load-bearing support, and keep it away from damp and rainy environments.

Q2: Can multiple units be used in parallel?

A: Parallel expansion is supported. Only identical models with the same capacity can be connected in parallel, with a maximum of 8-16 units depending on the model.

Q3: How to store the battery when not in use for a long time?

A: Keep the battery level at 50%-60% for storage. Recharge it monthly. Avoid long-term storage at full charge or deep discharge.

Q4: Can it be used in high and low temperature environments?

A: Applicable temperature range: Discharge -20℃ ~ 60℃; Charge 0℃ ~ 55℃.

High-power fast charging is prohibited below 0℃. The BMS will automatically limit current and reduce charging speed. Try not to charge below -10℃, as it may damage the cells and accelerate capacity attenuation.

Q5: Does daily maintenance required?

A: Maintenance-free design. It is only necessary to regularly check the tightness of wiring and ensure good ventilation and heat dissipation.
