Q1: Is the installation complicated?
A: Wall-mounted and floor-mounted dual installation methods are supported. The whole machine is integrated factory delivery. Only fixing the unit and connecting positive/negative poles and communication lines are required. Ordinary electricians can complete the installation without complicated assembly.
Q2: What type of cell is adopted? Is it safe?
A: Adopts lithium iron phosphate cell, featuring high temperature resistance and strong thermal stability, non-flammable and non-explosive. Built-in BMS intelligent management system provides all-round protection against overcharge, overdischarge, overcurrent, over-temperature and short circuit.
Q3: Does it support parallel expansion?
A: Parallel connection of multiple identical batteries is supported for flexible capacity expansion, ideal for household energy storage expansion and small industrial & commercial energy storage scenarios.
Q4: Can it be used in high and low temperature environments?
A: Charging temperature range: 0℃~45℃; Discharging temperature range: -20℃~60℃. It can be installed indoors, in garages, power distribution rooms and other regular places.
Q5: Is daily maintenance required?
A: Maintenance-free design. No water refilling or parameter calibration needed. Just keep the installation environment well-ventilated and dry without blocking the heat dissipation area.
