Q1: Is the installation complicated? What are the installation requirements?

A: Adopts wall-mounted design with integrated mounting bracket. It can be fixed directly on the wall without occupying floor space.

Only require the wall to meet load-bearing standard, well-ventilated, dry, and kept away from humid & heat sources.

Q2: Can it be used with solar inverters?

A: Compatible with 24V/25.6V solar inverters. Built-in RS485 and CAN communication ports, supporting most mainstream off-grid and on-grid energy storage inverters, realizing solar charging and self-consumption.

Q3: Can multiple units be connected in parallel for capacity expansion? What is the maximum parallel quantity?

A: Same model and same batch batteries support parallel connection for capacity expansion. Normally up to 4~8 units can be connected in parallel, with unified voltage regulation and synchronous charge-discharge, ideal for larger energy storage capacity demands.

Q4: Is it low-temperature resistant? Can it work normally in winter?

A: Equipped with intelligent BMS, providing multi-protection including over-charge, over-discharge, over-current, short circuit, over-temperature and under-temperature, as well as cell balance function.

Effectively prevent fire and battery bulging, ensuring safe and reliable operation.

Q5: Is daily maintenance required?

A: Almost maintenance-free. Just keep the environment ventilated and dry.

For long-term idle storage, maintain SoC at 50%–70%, and recharge every 3–6 months.
