Q1: Is wall mounting mandatory? Can it be placed on the floor?

A: Both wall-mounted and floor-placed installation are available. For wall mounting, confirm the wall meets load-bearing requirements with flat and solid mounting surface, and keep away from damp areas and fire sources.

Q2: What are the requirements for installation environment?

A: Operating temperature: 0℃~45℃; storage temperature: -10℃~55℃. With IP53 protection rating, it is applicable indoors or under eaves. Direct outdoor rain exposure and submersion in water are strictly forbidden.

Q3: How to connect multiple batteries in parallel and what is the maximum parallel quantity?

A: Only batteries of the same model and production batch can be paralleled with dedicated parallel cables. Up to 15 units can be connected in parallel, with total capacity and output power increased correspondingly.

Q4: Can new and used batteries be connected in parallel together?

A: Not recommended. New and old batteries differ in internal resistance and capacity, which causes unbalanced charging and discharging, accelerates cell aging and brings potential safety hazards.

Q5: Is periodic routine maintenance needed?

A: No regular daily maintenance is required. Only periodic checks for loose terminals and dust accumulation on the casing are necessary.
