40.5 Movable Metal Clad Switchgear

KYN61-40.5 armored movable metal enclosed switchgear is suitable for three-phase AC 50Hz, rated voltage 40.5kV single busbar and single busbar segmented power systems. It is mainly used for receiving and distributing electrical energy in power plants, substations, industrial and mining enterprises, and high-rise buildings, and controls, protects, and monitors the circuit to meet the requirements of IEC 298, DL/T404 and other standards.

  • By adopting composite insulation methods, optimizing electrode shapes, and improving electric field distribution, the entire cabinet structure is compact, effectively reducing the occupied area;

  • The “five prevention” functions are complete, and the operation is safe and reliable. There is a mechanical interlocking device between the handcart, circuit breaker, grounding switch, and rear door of the cabinet to prevent accidental operation. At the same time, a padlock can be installed on the valve pushing mechanism to prevent accidents caused by non professionals accidentally opening the valve when the handcart exits the cabinet;

  • Circuit breakers, grounding switches, and other operations can be carried out under the condition of cabinet door closure, fully achieving door closure operation;

  • The cabinet body is made of high-strength and corrosion- resistant imported aluminum zine coated sheet metal, which is CNC sheet metal processed and formed.
